**Job Title: Tele Counsellor - Domestic**

**Function**:Call Centre (Outbound)

**Job Location**:Sector 18, Gurugram

**Working Hours**:

- 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday) - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and sales support
- Effectively communicate product/service information to clients
- Maintain customer databases and records of calls and sales
- Follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Experience**:

- Minimum **6 months to 5 years** of experience in an outbound process (BPO/Call Centre)

**Gender**:
**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in **Hindi and English**:

- Prior experience in **Outbound Tele-calling, Tele-sales, or Lead Generation**:

- Good convincing skills and target-oriented mindset

**Industry Exposure**:

- Experience in **Outbound Tele-calling** or **Lead Generation** process preferred

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- BPO/Outbound process: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English and Hindi (required)
