We are seeking a **Tele-Caller Executive** to connect with potential customers from company-provided leads. The role focuses on explaining our offerings, addressing customer queries, and converting leads into walk-ins and bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
- Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to potential tenants.
- Handle inbound calls and assist with queries.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits with interested clients.
- Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by achieving set targets.
- Provide customer feedback to the management team for process improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 0-2 years of experience in tele-calling or customer service (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
- Customer-focused with a polite and professional approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
