**Position : Tele Caller/Telecom Sales**

**Location : Gurgaon**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in property investments via online leads.
- Provide detailed information about the ongoing real estate projects, including features, pricing, and benefits.
- Build rapport and address client queries regarding the property to create trust and interest.
- Convert online leads into site visits by convincing clients to explore the property in person.
- Maintain and update the database of leads and track follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to maximize conversions.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasant voice and confident phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of property consulting or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle objections and provide convincing answers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
