Tele Caller Executive

As a Customer Engagement Tele executive, you won't just be making cold calls. You'll be the voice of Urban Culture, assisting existing app users who may have technical issues, cancelled bookings, or haven't availed services in a while. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer relationships and driving sales.

**Job Title**: Tele executive / Business development executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential customers or clients to promote products/services, follow up on inquiries, or generate leads.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls from customers, resolve queries, and provide information regarding products, services, or billing.
- **Sales & Promotion**: Actively promote and sell company products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer complaints, assist with issues, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers, gather contact details, and input them into the database for follow-ups.
- **Maintain Call Records**: Accurately document the details of every call, including customer interactions, product/service inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed call and sales targets set by the company.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback for improving services and products.
- **Update Database**: Regularly update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact information and follow-up details.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to achieve overall business goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently with customers.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to influence and persuade customers to make decisions, especially in sales-based roles.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A focus on providing a positive customer experience and resolving issues effectively.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools used for data entry and call tracking.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as managing calls, logging information, and addressing customer needs simultaneously.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines while maintaining quality in communication.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Address customer complaints or issues and provide solutions promptly.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some employers may prefer a degree or relevant experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
