**Indian Curry/Tandoori Chef**

Must have 4 years total experience as Commis

You will be required to produce high quality modern authentic North Indian Mughlai dishes.

You should possess the following qualities.
- Work at consistently high standards
- Be well presented appearance and excellent communication
You should have a proven and stable background as an Indian Curry, with knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety requirements
- Introducing new dishes and menus.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels and inventory.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Preparing the work schedule for all kitchen staffs.
- Possesses the unique curry taste for our customers.
- Experience in both curry and tandoori menus.
- Monitoring portions and waste control.
- Capacity to work under pressure during the extreme busy period.
- Must have experience in Indian food cooking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
