**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching**: Conduct training sessions for athletes of various ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness.
- **Player Development**: Identify and develop the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete, providing personalized coaching and guidance.
- **Team Management**: Oversee the performance of Students and prepare them for competitions.
- **Program Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of Lawn Tennis programs and initiatives.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
- Coordinate with Centre heads and office.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a badminton coach.
- **Certifications**: B.P.eD
- **Skills**: Strong coaching skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire athletes, knowledge of badminton rules and regulations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month/Negotiable
