**Job Summary**: As a Table Tennis Coach at TIDA Sports, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our table tennis athletes. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters both athletic growth and personal development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching**:

- Develop and implement personalized training plans for athletes of various ages and skill levels.
- Provide technical instruction, tactical guidance, and strategic advice to improve players' performance.
- Conduct group and individual training sessions, focusing on fundamental skills, footwork, strategy, and match play.
- **Player Development**:

- Identify and nurture talented athletes with the potential to excel at the competitive level.
- Monitor player progress and provide feedback on performance.
- Assist in the development of athletes' mental toughness and competitive mindset.
- **Team Management**:

- Oversee and manage table tennis teams, including team selection, practice schedules, and competition preparation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- **Program Development**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of table tennis programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the organization and management of table tennis tournaments and events.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Represent TIDA Sports at community events and tournaments.
- Promote table tennis and encourage participation in the sport.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a table tennis coach or player at a competitive level.
- Strong understanding of table tennis rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for table tennis and a commitment to developing young talent.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
