Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in hotel / Restaurant
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year Proven experience in a Steward / Captain role within the restaurant industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the restaurant staff, including waitstaff and support teams.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and handle special requests.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to reorder supplies as needed.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, including hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically.
- Provide leadership during busy periods, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and preparation methods.
- Excellent customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
