Incorporated in 2017, we are now a 500+ employee company and are an integral part of more than 32 global clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Desktop Support professional to join our IT team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing technical support to employees.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Install, configure, and manage Windows and Mac systems for optimal performance.

Create and manage user accounts, system permissions, and network access controls.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents through a ticketing system.

Monitor system performance and security using patch management and endpoint security tools.

Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, and tracking.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system documentation.

Collaborate with IT managers, analysts, and system administrators on IT projects and upgrades.

Provide technical support and user training to employees.

Assist in maintaining network file systems and overall IT infrastructure.

**QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS**

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT desktop support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policies, and TCP/IP networking.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting and Mac integration in Windows environments.

Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.

Manual dexterity to type efficiently and operate IT equipment.

Visual ability to read screens and printed materials with or without vision aids.

Hearing ability to understand speech and phone conversations.

Verbal communication skills to interact effectively in person and over the phone.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kilograms (e.g., IT equipment, computers, peripherals).

Office-based role with frequent interaction with employees across departments.

Fast-paced work environment requiring multitasking and quick problem-solving.

Occasional availability outside regular business hours for system maintenance or IT emergencies.

**Location: Vasavi SkyCity, Near Gachibowli Bridge, Hyderabad**

**Timings: IST 4.30pm to 1.30am**
