We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Procurement Executive for our Client.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify reliable suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, including quality, reliability, and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
- Forecast material and equipment needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for construction materials and equipment.
- Track procurement expenses and compare actual costs against budgeted costs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹48,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
