**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive sales to achieve banquet revenue targets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, clients, and vendors.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients, providing event solutions and pricing based on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, offering tailored solutions and overseeing event details such as catering, audio-visual, room set-up, and décor.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients leading up to and during events, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Collaborate with internal departments (catering, operations, and customer service) to ensure all event requirements are met.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide superior customer service to clients throughout the booking process and event execution, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback to stay informed of industry developments.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer retention in the banquet and event sector.
- **Event Follow-up & Relationship Management**:

- Conduct post-event surveys and follow-up with clients to gather feedback and secure repeat business.
- Maintain an organized database of client information, contracts, and event details to facilitate long-term relationships and repeat sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in banquet sales, event planning, or related field (3+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of event planning software and CRM systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle changing client needs and event requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
