Properties Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance Support:
Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings to the Operations Manager.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and follow up on pending issues.
Tenant Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Assist in tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing lease agreements and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
Help manage tenant communications, ensuring clear and consistent information is provided.
Administrative Support:
Assist in collecting rent and other payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely deposits.
Help prepare and manage budgets for property operations and maintenance.
Maintain organized records of leases, property documents, and correspondence.
Operational Efficiency:
Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property management.
Utilize property management software to assist in streamlining operations and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with on-site staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective property management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about property management practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
**Skills**:Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and regulations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing rental properties in Jaipur or similar markets.
Demonstrated ability to improve tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, ARM) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
