Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Support:
Assist in preparing and managing important real estate documents such as agreements, contracts, and legal papers.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and follows company and legal standards.
Maintain accurate records of documents, ensuring they are stored and organized properly.
2. Client Coordination:
Support the client management team by handling backend communication, preparing reports, and following up on necessary actions.
Help coordinate with clients, especially NRIs, to assist with document requests, property information, and other related tasks.
3. Database Management:
Learn and use the company’s CRM to keep track of property listings, client information, and vendor contacts.
Regularly update records and maintain data accuracy.
4. Leasing and Property Management Assistance:
Assist in the coordination of property listings, including gathering information, uploading listings, and updating status as needed.
Help with leasing documentation preparation and maintaining accurate property records for both commercial and retail spaces.
5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Learn to work with vendors and suppliers, helping coordinate services for property repairs, maintenance, and other requirements.
Keep a list of approved vendors and ensure timely coordination for various tasks.
6. Financial and Reporting Assistance:
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and help track payments related to property management (rent, taxes, maintenance fees).
Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers by assisting the finance team.
7. Process Improvement:
Actively participate in training sessions to learn new tools and workflows that help improve operational efficiency.
Provide feedback on current processes and suggest ideas for improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
