Job Title: Property NPA (Non-Performing Assets) Expert

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **NPA Analysis and Strategy Development**: Conduct comprehensive analyses of non-performing real estate assets to identify recovery opportunities. Develop and implement tailored strategies for each asset, considering market conditions and legal frameworks.
- **Asset Management**: Oversee the management of distressed properties, including maintenance, legal compliance, and preparation for sale or lease.
- **Debt Restructuring and Negotiation**: Work closely with borrowers and financial institutions to restructure debt, negotiate settlement agreements, and explore alternative financing solutions.
- **Sales and Disposal**: Strategize and execute the sale or disposal of non-performing assets, maximizing returns while minimizing holding costs and time on the market.
- **Market Research**: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about real estate trends, valuation standards, and investment opportunities.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Coordinate with legal teams, financial analysts, property managers, and sales agents to ensure efficient asset resolution processes.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare detailed reports on asset status, recovery actions, financial projections, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in real estate or finance are preferred.
- Proven experience in managing non-performing assets, preferably in the real estate sector, with a successful track record of asset recovery.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and legal aspects of asset recovery.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
