The Senior Real Estate Valuer will be responsible for conducting thorough property valuations, providing accurate assessments of real estate assets, and preparing detailed valuation reports. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Analyze market data, economic conditions, and comparable sales to determine property values. Perform physical inspections of properties, assessing their condition, features, and potential. Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for clients and stakeholders. Adhere to professional valuation standards and ethical guidelines. Stay abreast of real estate market trends, legal requirements, and valuation best practices. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals as needed. Maintain organized and up-to-date property valuation records. Provide expert advice and recommendations on property value and investment potential. Collaborate with team members on complex valuation projects in a hybrid work setting.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Valuer or Appraiser, with a strong track record. In-depth knowledge of property valuation methodologies and principles. Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in using valuation software and tools. Strong understanding of property laws and regulations. Ability to conduct property inspections and assess conditions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Professional certification or licensure as a property valuer is highly preferred.
