**Job Description: Property Executive**

**Position Title**: Property Research Executive
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Department**: Research

**Job Summary**: The Property Research is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the real estate market. This includes conducting market research, identifying property trends, and providing insights to support decision-making in property investment, development, and management. The role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, property valuation methods, and the ability to present data-driven recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research on the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market data, property values, and economic trends.
- Monitor local and national property market trends, including pricing, supply/demand, rental yields, and capital growth.
- Provide detailed reports on market conditions, investment opportunities, and forecasts.
- Support property acquisition and development strategies with accurate and timely market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as property managers, investors, and marketing) to provide research-driven insights and data for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of property valuations and feasibility studies.
- Develop and maintain databases of key property metrics (e.g., rental rates, occupancy rates, sales trends, etc.).
- Analyze government regulations, planning policies, and economic factors that may impact property markets.
- Present research findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Stay up to date with industry news, trends, and innovations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
