**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential tender opportunities
- Review tender documents and requirements to determine the feasibility of a bid
- Coordinate the tender process from start to finish, including preparation and submission of tender documentation
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and regulations
- Liaise with relevant departments, including sales, project management, finance, and legal, to gather the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions
- Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and related documentation
- Monitor and track tender results and feedback
- Assist with the development of pricing and costing models for tender submissions
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to streamline the tender process
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and that all submissions are completed to a high standard

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a tendor company
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
