Responsibilities of a tender's application engineer:

  1. Preparing techno-commercial offers and quotations

  2. Coordinating with customers for tender follow-up

  3. Negotiating technical and commercial terms

  4. Searching for online and offline tenders

  5. Coordinating with production and dispatch

  6. Collecting payments and necessary documents

  7. Ensuring that tenders meet company commercial guidelines

  8. Taking responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order

  9. Participating in and actively supporting company initiatives

Major Responsibilities:

Technical Skill Set Required to be acquired:

Ø Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents,

Ø identify risks, and propose effective solutions.

Ø Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office suite, and tendering software

Ø applications.

Ø Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the industry.

Behavioural Skill Set Required:

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
