BBA with 6 Years or MBA with 4 years of work experience in Entry Level Recruitment, Time and Attendance Management, with some exposure to Training function.

- Exposure to hiring of Social Sector professionals will be an advantage.
- Expertise in preparing source maps, cold calling, job board posting etc. is mandatory.

- CV Review Skills
- Branding and Social Media Basics
- Basic Knowledge of Performance Management, Training, Time, and Attendance etc.
- Expertise in planning and implementing Capacity Building initiatives for team members.
- Business Writing Skills with nil grammatical and syntactical issues.
- Database Management in MS Excel
- Basics of MS PPT
Languages
Should be fluent in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
Work Location
The Recruitment Executive will be working out of Bharosa PMU located in Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.
Compensation
The remuneration payable is INR 35 thousand per month, with an annual appreciation of not less than 5% based on performance, budget availability and continuance of project.
Initial Tenure
The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project funding. The initial engagement will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year.
