MIS Executive - Job Description Hands-on experience with MS Excel is absolutely must for this function. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage. **Criteria Requirement** **Qualification**: Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders. **Gender**: Any **Experience**: - Experience in Report Preparation in Excel - Experience in making PPTs using various Charts and Tables - Experience in supporting accounts team in claims and reimbursements Management etc. **Skills**: Proficient in MS Excel - Pivot Table - Pivot Chart - Text to Column - Advanced Find and Replace - HLookup - V Look Up - Data Cleaning Web Forms - Creating online forms for data collection, ex: google forms - Understanding of various kinds of fields and their usages. - Live reports generation through Google Sheets etc. MS Word - Mail Merge Function Accounting - Helping in passing of accounting entries in Tally or Focus - Maintaining books of records, including month-wise year-wise payment vouchers, petty cash register, etc. Office Basics - Folder Management - Version Management of important files - Auto Back Up to cloud etc. - Advanced search and find of files Preparing periodic statements **Languages**:Should be fluent in Telugu & English. Should have working knowledge of Hindi. **Location**:The MIS Executive will be working out of Bharosa CDEW PMU (Bharosa Society) located in SHE Teams headquarters, Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. There will be intra-city and occasional inter-city travel within the state requirements for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises. **Compensation**: - The remuneration payable is INR 30 thousand per month, with an annual appreciation of not less than 5% based on performance and continuance of project **The tenure of the contract**:is co-terminus with project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year. **Selection Process**:Online Application -> Application Scrutiny -> Short Assignment -> Technical Assessments -> Personal Interview -> Reference Check -> Offer -> Joining.
