**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected **Healthcare Sales Executive** with a proven track record in medical or diagnostic sales. Your role will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with diagnostic labs, pathology clinics, and small to mid-sized hospitals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with pathology labs and diagnostic centers.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through field visits, cold calls, and healthcare networks.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences to generate leads.
- Report weekly progress and maintain CRM records.
- 3-5 years of experience in **healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales**.
- Existing network of contacts in pathology labs or diagnostics chains.
- Familiarity with pathology workflows, LIS software, or health IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-savvy.
- Prior experience in selling SaaS or health-tech solutions is a strong advantage.
