This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 100000 - Rs 300000 ie INR 1-3 LPA Min Experience 1 years Location Bangalore JobType full-time In this position you will identify potential clients understand their clinical or operational challenges and create opportunities for deeper engagement with Account Executives and Application Specialists You will be responsible for generating interest through outbound outreach nurturing leads and ensuring prospects clearly understand the value of AI-enabled prenatal care solutions Your efforts will play a foundational role in expanding impact across U S healthcare organizations by building trust early in the sales cycle Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Outreach Identify and engage healthcare practices and health systems through cold calls personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach Connect with key decision-makers such as OB-GYNs CXOs Sonographers MFMs and IT teams to schedule qualified meetings Prospect Qualification Evaluate inbound and outbound leads quickly to determine suitability Identify challenges in clinical workflows and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team for demos and consultations Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot Track activity monitor engagement levels and ensure consistent progress toward outreach and qualification goals Market Research Study trends in digital health maternal healthcare and AI-based clinical tools to refine prospect targeting and outreach messaging Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing Sales Clinical and Product teams to align messaging share insights and refine outreach strategy based on real-time feedback Data-Driven Optimization Review metrics such as open rates call conversions and meeting quality to optimize outreach tactics and continually improve performance What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in B2B Sales Outbound Outreach You have 1-3 years of experience in sales development or lead generation ideally within healthcare SaaS or health-tech and know how to build a strong qualified pipeline Strong Sales Communication You re confident making cold calls writing compelling outreach messages and presenting value clearly to diverse healthcare stakeholders Comfort With Sales Tools You are skilled in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools and use data to refine your approach Healthcare Understanding You have a basic grasp of healthcare workflows or SaaS concepts and can adapt your communication accordingly Self-Starter Mindset You thrive in fast-moving environments learn quickly and remain comfortable with evolving priorities in an early-stage setting Collaborative Approach You work well across teams and time zones share insights proactively and care deeply about improving maternal and women s healthcare
