Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and stockists.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis and report insights.
- Ensure timely payment collections and order follow-ups.
- Support in local promotional and marketing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Bhopal and surrounding market.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Nishka Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is the company behind Veggie Treat, a fast-growing plant-based snacks & foods brand. We are expanding our presence in Modern Trade (MT) channels and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive - B2B to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business with modern trade stores, supermarkets and organized retail chains.
- Build long-term B2B relationships with purchase managers, category heads and decision-makers.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery and payment collections.
- Track competitor activities and share market insights.
- Support in-store promotions and sampling activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B/Modern Trade FMCG sales experience.
- Strong understanding of modern trade business models.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
