**Job Description: Sales Profile (IT & Services Industry)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the IT & Services sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest IT services, solutions, and industry trends to effectively present and pitch offerings.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of IT solutions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle the negotiation process and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with client needs and company goals.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT and services industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, software, and services.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
