**Job Description - Telecaller Sales Executive (Outbound)**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **outbound and cold calls** to potential clients to promote company services.
- Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Meet and exceed **daily/weekly/monthly sales targets**.
- Maintain accurate call logs, CRM data, and reports on customer interactions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Post Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in **cold calling or sales** will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
- Target-driven and self-motivated
