**Job Summary**:
The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests as they enter the restaurant. The hostess manages reservations, greets guests, and ensures an efficient flow of customers into dining areas. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**:

- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and ensure they feel welcome.
- Escort guests to their table, ensuring that seating is appropriately spaced and in alignment with their preferences.
- Handle reservations and manage guest waitlists using the restaurant's reservation system.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide guests with accurate wait times and seating availability.
- Answer phone calls, address customer inquiries, and make reservations when needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to the Manager when necessary.
- **Coordination & Organization**:

- Manage the seating chart to ensure efficient table assignment and minimize wait times.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and that any special requests are communicated to the relevant staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance, lobby, and waiting area.
- **Collaboration with Staff**:

- Communicate clearly and effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with coordinating seating arrangements for special events, private parties, or large groups.
- Provide assistance with other front-of-house tasks as required (e.g., refilling water glasses, assisting with to-go orders).
- **Promoting Restaurant Image**:

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to reflect the restaurant’s values and brand.
- Ensure all guests feel valued and receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, services, and policies.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and walking guests to tables.

**FOOD AND ACCOMODATION PROVIDED**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
