**Job Title**: Channel Sales Executive (Tiles)
**Location**: Plot Number 36, Industrial Area Phase 1, Panchkula, Haryana 134109

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and expand the sales network (dealers, distributors, retailers) for tiles products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Provide support and training to channel partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure channel partners achieve sales targets.
- Regular reporting on sales activities, revenue, and market conditions.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of experience in **tiles sales** or related building materials industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the tiles industry, including product features, market trends, and key competitors.
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
