**Job description**
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals within the B2B market. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients within the B2B.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize databases, social media, and other tools to identify new opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close deals.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and product/service enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
