**Responsibilities-**
- Drive sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
- Prospecting and sales lead generation for medical equipment.
- Independent direct sales visits and identify and acquire new customers across India
- Direct promotion and sales of medical equipment product lines.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Project Positive Company Image and make Company products standout in the market.
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- On site customer technical demonstrations and product training.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team
- Maintaining and managing sales calls and lead records and opportunities for the area.
- Sales visits and support with distributor network.
- Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
- Assisting at seminars, training courses and product launches
- Attending and organizing local exhibitions
- Maintain a self-development program.
- Liaising with Government Accounts & Projects

**Requirements-**
- 4-5 years of sales experience in Medical equipment or devices.
- Good in analytical and business process skills
- Good in negotiation skills
- Result oriented and achievement driven
- Knowledge of commercial terms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Independent and able to work effectively under pressure
- Travelling is Must.
- **This will be individual job initially, coordinating with existing sales executives and later there will be opportunity to build own team and expand accordingly.**

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
