**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **high-performing and driven MICE Sales professional** to join our team in **Chennai**, at the **Senior Executive to Assistant Manager level**. This role will focus on acquiring and managing large-scale MICE business with an **annual sales target of ₹8-10 Crores**.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and converting leads into successful MICE events, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth**
Identify, approach, and close new MICE clients to meet annual revenue targets of ₹8-10 Cr.
- **Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and event partners.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**
Plan and execute sales strategies tailored to regional opportunities and client needs.
- **Lead Generation & Pipeline Management**
Develop a healthy pipeline of leads, follow up consistently, and ensure high conversion rates.
- **Proposal Development**
Prepare winning proposals and pitch presentations for events, conferences, and corporate off-sites.
- **Collaboration**
Work closely with internal departments (operations, contracting, finance) to ensure flawless event execution.
- **Market Awareness**
Stay informed of MICE market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Experience**: 5-8 years in MICE or B2B travel sales, preferably with exposure to high-revenue corporate clients.
- **Sales Track Record**: Proven ability to meet/exceed annual revenue targets of ₹8 Cr+.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of MICE sales, corporate event planning, and travel logistics.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to present proposals and close deals with senior-level decision-makers.
- **Tools**: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of event tech tools is a plus.
