We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Rigid Box Forming Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of rigid boxes. Your primary duties will include setting up machines, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and calibrate rigid box forming machines according to specifications.

Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.

Perform quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any production-related issues.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.

Previous experience in operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in box forming or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

Capability to operate machinery in a fast-paced environment.
