Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation: Operate machinery involved in tablet and powder formulation processes, including but not limited to blenders, granulators, compressors, and coating machines.

2. Setup and Calibration: Set up machines according to production schedules and specifications. Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency in product formulation.

3. Quality Control: Monitor product quality at various stages of production. Perform regular checks to ensure that tablets and powders meet established standards for size, weight, hardness, and other relevant parameters.

4. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine operation, product quality, and equipment malfunctions. Inform the Unit Manager and take corrective actions as needed to maintain productivity and quality standards.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean equipment thoroughly between production runs to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product purity. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal working condition.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control documents. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality control, and maintenance departments to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. ITI (Electrical) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.

2. Proven experience (1-2 years) as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or related industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
