The **Laser machine Operator, bending machine operator, TPP Machine Operator** is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of laser cutting and engraving machines. They work in manufacturing and fabrication environments where precision and attention to detail are crucial. The Laser Operator's primary responsibility is to produce accurate and high-quality cuts, engravings, or markings on various materials according to specifications. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:Machine Setup and Calibration:Prepare the laser machine by installing the appropriate lenses, nozzles, and other necessary components.
Calibrate the machine to ensure precise cutting, engraving, or marking according to design specifications.

Material Preparation:Select and load the correct material (metal, wood, plastic, etc.) onto the machine's work surface.
Position and secure the material to prevent movement during the laser process.

Programming and Software Operation:Load or create digital design files into the laser machine's control software.
Adjust settings such as laser power, speed, and frequency based on material type and thickness.
Arrange and manipulate designs for optimal material usage and efficiency.

Laser Operation:Start and monitor the laser cutting or engraving process, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout.
Check and adjust settings as needed during the process to maintain consistent results.
Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality.

The Hydraulic Brake Press Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hydraulic press brake machines used for bending and shaping sheet metal and other materials. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The primary goal of the Hydraulic Brake Press Machine Operator is to produce accurate and high-quality bends and shapes according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Calibration:Prepare the hydraulic press brake machine by installing the appropriate tooling, such as punches and dies.
Adjust and calibrate the machine's settings, including pressure, speed, and back gauge position, based on material type and thickness.

Material Preparation:Select and load the correct sheet metal or material onto the machine's worktable.
Position and secure the material using clamps or fixtures to prevent movement during bending.

Reading Engineering Drawings:Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand the required bends, angles, and dimensions.
Calculate the proper bend allowance and determine the sequence of bends for complex parts.

Programming and Machine Operation:Input bending sequences and angles into the machine's control system.
Operate the hydraulic brake press to bend and shape the material according to specifications.
Monitor the bending process for accuracy and adjust settings as needed.

Quality Control:Inspect the finished bends and shapes for accuracy, angles, dimensions, and overall quality.
Make adjustments to the machine and tooling as necessary to achieve the desired results.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.61 - ₹20,000.42 per month
