This acquisition aims to enhance Hunter's capabilities while preserving its legacy.Job Summary:The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the company's operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic objectives. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of business operations, process optimization, and team management. The role works cross-functionally to improve systems, implement best practices, and drive business performance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Operations Management

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and execute process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Standardize workflows and ensure consistency across departments.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and teams across operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage operational budgets and forecasts.
  • Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and IT to support business operations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and new projects.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Technology and Tools

  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee integration of tools and platforms across business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–15 years of experience in operations or business management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale business operations.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
