**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at our RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) plant. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of concrete to various construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process concrete orders from customers.
- Schedule and dispatch concrete mixer trucks to job sites, optimizing routes for efficiency and timely delivery.
- Communicate with truck drivers, batch plant operators, and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues.
- Monitor truck locations and delivery progress using GPS tracking or other dispatching software.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and truck activity.
- Proactively address potential delays or disruptions and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and other relevant documentation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve dispatching processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the RMC or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local roads and construction sites.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,380.71 - ₹30,527.55 per month
