Required Education & Experience : B. Com with Min 3 to 15 years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Planning and Coordination**:

- Plan and schedule dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline dispatch operations.
- Ensure optimal vehicle utilization and route planning to minimize delivery time and cost.
- **Documentation and Records Management**:

- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Keep accurate records of dispatched goods, including delivery status and customer acknowledgments.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules and address any queries or concerns.
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor finished goods inventory to ensure availability for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock movement and reconciliation.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Maintain safety standards during loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
- Analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
