Take care of dispatch related activities and co-ordination
- To handle all type of Dispatch activity
- To monitor Daily stock and planning for dispatch
- Coordination with Transporter and keep track of courier for dispatch.
- To assist in dispatch and logistic planning
- Responsible for all paperwork and filing relating to dispatch and logistics
- Ensure timely dispatch products to the end customers with the correct labels and documents
- Attend to customer complaints on incorrect/absence of labels, inappropriate/absence of documents, leakages, etc.
- Also investigate the matter to find out the root cause and take corrective action & put preventive measures in place
- Refer to the checklist prior to dispatch and ensure the consignment in compliance with the set norms
- Safe handling of consignment, labeling and storage
- Review orders with respect to destination, dispatch date, delivery date, applicable taxes, and duties
- Track and update consignment after dispatch on the portal and inform the customers

Pay: ₹10,701.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
