**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review incoming requests for transportation services.
- Assign and dispatch drivers or vehicles based on the needs of clients and service schedules.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Monitor driver and vehicle performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Track vehicle locations in real-time using GPS or dispatch software.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during transportation, such as delays, breakdowns, or accidents, and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatched orders, routes, and schedules.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members to resolve any issues.
- Provide status updates to clients regarding delivery times or any changes to the schedule.
- Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining route sheets, updating delivery schedules, and filing reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any service issues or complaints promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of dispatching experience, preferably in [industry type, e.g., transportation, logistics, freight].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
