**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Specifying and selling a wide range of high performance Industrial Lubricants into all Industry sectors.
- Finding sales opportunities, converting potential customers into regular customers through demonstrations/ trials, maintaining and strengthening relationship with customers of the company, attending and resolving complaints.
- Sells technical solutions, and solves customer problems.
- Adding value and providing cost/Energy savings for customers over life of product.
- Able to use persuasive technical arguments for efficiency and cost saving gains for Customer whilst improving profitability and relationship for Company.
- Highly reactive to customer demands to deliver outstanding service and quality.
- Gross Margin Targets achieved by well communicated strategy, proactive key account Focus, customer retention and new business development
- Growing sales of Industrial Lubricants and services.
- Compliance with company policies.
- Assist in marketing programmes.
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with Company and Customers.

**Qualification - Any graduate Experience - Min 1 year (From Lubricant, Pump, Bearing, Grease product)**
