Roles and Responsibilities of

1. Drive primary and secondary sales **Actively work to achieve sales targets within assigned markets.** Identify new retail opportunities and ensure effective coverage of outlets.

2. Regular retail outlet visits **Ensure product display, branding, and availability in stores.** Collect market feedback and communicate insights to management.

3. Build and maintain relationships **Develop strong rapport with retailers and distributors.** Provide ongoing support to ensure retailer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Achieve sales targets and penetration **Consistently deliver on monthly sales targets.** Expand footprint in underrepresented areas of the territory.

5. Coordinate with distribution network **Align with distributors for stock forecasting and order fulfillment. Document Version 001.01 Sales Officer** Ensure timely product availability across retail points.

6. Competitor tracking **Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.** Share market intelligence and propose action plans.

7. Reporting and documentation **Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.** Create sales presentations and performance dashboards in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

8. Credit and collections **Ensure timely payment collection from retailers.** Monitor outstanding dues and maintain credit discipline within limits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
