We're hiring a CASA Banking Sales Officer to help us get new customers and keep the ones we have happy. Your job is all about finding potential clients, selling bank accounts, and making sure our customers are satisfied.

**Requirements**:

- You need a bachelor's degree.
- You should have 3-6 years of experience in sales, especially in banking.
- You should be good at talking to people and convincing them.
- You need to know how to use computers.
- You should be able to ride a bicycle for work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Find new customers who might want to open bank accounts.
- Listen to customers and suggest the best accounts for them.
- Explain how our accounts work and help customers open them.
- Try to sell other bank products to our customers.
- Keep good records of your sales and follow the rules.

**Skills**:

- Good at talking and listening.
- Can sell things well.
- Can work alone or with a team.
- Makes good decisions and acts professionally.
- Likes helping customers and making them happy.
