**Key Responsibilities**
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other portals; analyze eligibility, scope, pricing, and documentation needs
- Prepare and submit compliant bids, including technical, financial, and commercial documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (if consortiums apply) to compile and finalize tenders
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and ensure competitive pricing strategies
- Manage BOQs, upload documents, handle bid calculations, and ensure timely submission
- Maintain knowledge of GeM guidelines, procurement policies, and updates in tender norms
- Engage with procurement officers and government agencies for clarification and follow-ups
- Monitor bid outcomes, maintain dashboards/reports, and analyze win-loss ratios for strategy improvement
- Experience in GeM bidding (minimum 5 years)
- Background in sales, business development, or accounts
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to manage deadlines
- Familiarity with the Aerospace/Defence is a plus

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
