**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support content development for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing events and promotions.
- Manage and update the company’s CRM, website content, and marketing databases.
- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internships count).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
