Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, audits, and safety standards. 2. Staff Management Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage branch employees. Provide leadership, set performance goals, and conduct performance reviews. Staff Motivation: Motivate staff to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards. Encourage teamwork and professional development. 3. Customer Service Customer Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, addressing complaints, and providing excellent service. Client Retention: Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. 4. Business Development Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales and revenue goals by identifying business opportunities, promoting products or services, and driving branch profitability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
