**Location**: Rajahmundry (Hybrid Mode - Onsite Position)
**Employment Type**: 1-Month Free Training + 6-Month Internship
**Mode**: Temporary Hybrid (Onsite Role Post Training)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative **Digital Marketing Expert (Fresher)** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field. During the training and internship period, you will gain hands-on experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns, designing creatives, and working on live projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Shoots**:

- Attend client locations for shoots and content creation as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling marketing visuals and videos.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in managing **Google Ads** and **Instagram Ads** campaigns.
- Work on audience targeting, keyword optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
- **Creative Design**:

- Use **Canva** to design engaging social media posts, flyers, and marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Contribute to developing and implementing social media strategies.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement metrics.
- **Learning & Development**:

- Participate in training to upskill in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- A fresher with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in **Canva**, **Google Ads**, and **Instagram Ads** is highly preferred.
- Creativity and attention to detail for designing and managing ad campaigns.
- Flexible to work in a **hybrid mode** during training and onsite post-training.
- Willingness to relocate to **Rajahmundry** and visit client locations when required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
