**Nivesha Alloys** is a growing Ahmedabad-based MSME enterprise engaged in manufacturing and marketing **premium stainless steel products**, including **chopping boards, kitchen accessories, and customized industrial components**, in collaboration with **Jindal Stainless**.
We focus on innovation, design excellence, and quality — aiming to make stainless steel an integral part of every modern kitchen and workspace.
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **dynamic Sales Executive** who is passionate about building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. The role involves promoting stainless steel products to B2B customers, retail partners, and corporate clients, with a focus on growing sales and brand presence across India.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard new **dealers, distributors, and B2B clients** in assigned regions.
- Promote Nivesha’s **range of stainless steel Products**.
- Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order finalization.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain client database and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Gather market intelligence — competitor pricing, product trends, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven experience in **B2B / dealer / industrial product sales**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance) + Incentives
