Inside Sales Executive (Male / Female)

Min. 3 to 5 year experience

Qualification -( Diploma / B.E. Mechanical )

**(Salary range
- 25K to 40K gross salary per month)**

**Fluent in English (Written), Hindi/Gujarat (Spoken)**

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**

To discover and follow new leads from sources like: SKF Inside Sales, Meta (Social Media), and by regularly contacting and investigating new leads available through IndiaMart (buy leads) page

Filter good and bad leads, based on criterion of products required, area of customer and type of customer/value

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and managers for further development and closure through the CRM Close sales if possible and help in achieving quarterly self sales targets Escalate any customer grievance or specific/urgent requirement to the respective manager or supervisor

Conduct self-performance reviews and aim at exceeding targets and making plans to achieve gaps

Provide weekly and monthly marketing metrics of Leads to Opportunities conversion, number of leads received, tracked, connected and converted to opportunities.

Log daily activity and report any difficulties to the manager

Provide feedback to Sales Managers/Management from time to time on effectiveness of marketing sources of leads including coordination with marketing agencies
