**Key Role**:
Academic Coordinators are responsible for communicating and coordinating all the academic
- related activities & arrangements of a Course, and for upholding its academic quality and integrity in consultation with the Branch Head, who has the final responsibility.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. The first point of contact for students for all their queries.
2. Communicating class schedules, course registrations, exams & any other course
- related information with students & parents.
3. Passing on pieces of information about the fee installment dates.
4. Placing study material request with HO material dept.
5. Updating students’ attendance list.
6. Conducting exams as communicated by HO exam dept.
7. Informing the exam results to students.
8. Pass on the exam results to the Asst. Course Coordinator & ensure they have called up
the parents to inform the performance of the ward and also making the Asst. Course
Coordinator to call up the parents of absentees on a daily basis.
9. Updating students’ data, making arrangements for their ID cards, exam scores, etc in
the provided formats.
10. Giving information regarding the course registrations, and scholarships if any, and
11. Work closely with the accounts department & ensure the fee dues of all students are
completed & collection targets are met.
12. Ensure facility executives have done all class-related arrangements before the class

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
