Job description
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with faculty members to design and update curriculum materials.
- Ensure alignment of curriculum with academic standards and educational goals.
- **Class Scheduling**:

- Develop and manage class schedules, taking into account faculty availability and student needs.
- Coordinate room assignments and facilities for academic activities.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide academic counseling and guidance to students.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration to address academic concerns.
- **Faculty Support**:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members.
- Coordinate professional development opportunities for faculty.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Implement and oversee assessment tools to measure student progress and program effectiveness.
- Analyze assessment data and work with faculty to implement improvements.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize academic events, workshops, and seminars to enhance the educational experience.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional events.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and faculty information.
- Prepare reports on academic performance and program outcomes.
- **Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.

- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in academic coordination or related roles.
- Fluency In Speaking English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
