**Job Overview**:
Academic Coordinator is responsible for managing faculty schedules, facilitate student-faculty interactions, and address academic concerns to ensure quality education. The role involves maintaining academic standards across campuses, monitoring feedback for continuous improvement, and organizing events like study expos and career guidance fairs. Additionally, the coordinator handles administrative tasks such as enrollment, course scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and fostering communication between branches, including international locations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with faculty to design, develop, and update academic curricula.
- **Program Coordination**:

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of academic programs.
- Coordinate class assignments, faculty schedules, and resource allocation.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide academic counseling and support services to students.
- Address student concerns related to academics and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution.
- **Faculty Support**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty members.
- Assist in professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance teaching skills.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Implement and oversee assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure academic programs meet accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in program reviews and evaluations.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage academic records, including grades, transcripts, and student progress reports.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize academic events, workshops, and seminars.

**Qualifications**:

- MCA / MSC Computer Science / M-TECH
- 2 years experience in academic counseling or coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**JOB LOCATION**:
CALICUT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
